1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

Chronos Capital provides a trading community, educational content, market intelligence, and proprietary TradingView indicator tools designed for SPX 0DTE traders. Access to certain features requires a paid subscription through our partner platform, Whop.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activities that occur under your account, and notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Services
• Use automated systems to scrape or extract data from the Services
• Live-stream, simulcast, or broadcast real-time views of the Services to any audience, including streaming platforms, video conferencing tools, or community servers
• Share account credentials or provide real-time access to the Services to individuals who do not hold their own active subscription

6. Financial Disclaimer

The Services are provided for informational, analytical, and educational purposes only. Nothing provided through Chronos Capital constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Options trading involves substantial risk of loss, including the total loss of capital. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, indicators, educational materials, and functionality of the Services are owned by Chronos Capital Research LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Content Usage and Redistribution

All data, indicator outputs, visualizations, educational content, and analytics provided through the Services are proprietary and licensed solely for your personal, non-transferable use during your active subscription.

Prohibited:

• Live-streaming or screen-sharing real-time indicator data or community content to any audience
• Providing real-time access to the Services to individuals without their own subscription
• Systematically redistributing content through any medium in real time or near-real time

Permitted:

• Sharing screenshots for marketing, educational, or personal commentary purposes
• Recording and sharing video replays of past sessions for educational purposes
• Discussing or referencing content in written form (blog posts, social media, trade journals)

9. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain Services require a paid subscription processed through Whop. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled. Refund policies are specified at the time of purchase.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Services.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chronos Capital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading losses, arising from your use of the Services.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or via email. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
